Our foundry runs an independent quality control division as well as the helium leak control station PhoeniXL300i from a renowned manufacturer, Oerlikon. We measure leaks up to 5x1012mbarxl/s helium infiltration. This level of accuracy actually exceeds the standards required for oil- or SF6 gas-containing bodies.
